Registering for the 2020 Pacific Northwest Coaches Conference
Amidst the current health and safety precautions, the WSCCA has provided the following contingency agreement should the 2020 Pacific Northwest Coaches Conference be canceled or if attendees are encountering hurdles in obtaining payment from their program. Please read the below agreement in full before proceeding to registration. You have the option to pay the registration fee in full and receive a refund minus the non-refundable $25 membership fee, or pay the non-refundable $25 membership fee and pay the remaining registration balance by June 30th, 2020.

Pacific Northwest Coaches Conference Registration Contingency Agreement
*I agree to pay an upfront and non-refundable $25 to the Washington State Cheer Coaches Association (WSCCA) with a commitment that I will pay the remaining balance of the registration fee for the Pacific Northwest Coaches Conference 2020 (PNWCC2020) regardless if I attend the event or not. The registration fee authorizes one’s attendance to the conference but does not include a hotel room fee. The remaining balance is due to the WSCCA no later than June 30th, 2020. Any account having a balance owed as of July 1st, 2020 will be considered a delinquent account. Furthermore, any delinquent accounts will have their membership to the WSCCA terminated, resulting in an inability to participate and/or compete at any and all WSCCA events until the delinquent status is resolved. This is not limited to the individual, this may also extend to any team or program said individual is affiliated with at the time of any and all WSCCA events. This is an agreement between an individual and the WSCCA; the individual is still responsible to pay the remaining balance, even if the individual was intending to use school or program funds to pay for the (PNWCC2020) registration fee and those funds become unavailable. Should the WSCCA cancel the PNWCC2020 I will not be responsible to pay the remaining balance to the WSCCA. Any payment over the $25 will be refunded and the $25 upfront payment will be used to pay for my membership fee to the WSCCA for the 2020-2021 membership year.
